God and You

I envision God is that he is all powerful and all mighty. He has control over us all and all living things. He watches over us and enables us to choose between whats right and wrong but he also sets an example for us all to follow.

SH Period 4

I envision God as someone who is there for us at all times. God tries to guide us in the right direction because he knows what is best for us.


MF P1

I envision God...as some figure made up to entertain people. I believe there is a higher being but not this 'god' everyone raves about. Maybe by the end of the year my feelings towards this matter will change. Who knows?
LD Period 8

I envision God as an almighty being who looks out for us. He gave us life and he gives us the chose to do what is right and wrong, but he tries to lead us in the right direction to do what is right.
JL period4

I envision God as being present everywhere. He knows everything and really encourages us to stray from sin and to follow him. God is a friend who could never dissapoint you.

i agree with liztothemaxxx, i think the idea is kind of made to give people a figure to base belief on, i believe there is a higher power but i'm not too sure if it's 'god' but i know there is something watching over me. maybe my feelings will change, you do discover your nature after all

I see God as a reliable friend who you can always turn to for advice and consolation, someone who you know will support you through the toughest of times. God helps us to make the decisions we can't always make on our own and forgives us if we choose to do wrong.

I envision God as someone who wants us to fulfill his plan in our lives but we must first begin to see ourselves the way God sees us – growing and inexperinced. We need God to guide us threw.

I envision God as Alex Trebek, someone you can always count on in the long run.

I envision God as a protector who guides us at all times. When people are in trouble they usually look in Gods directions and he will answer there prayers. Because of this I know God is present in our lives at all times and cares about all of us.

Now i have always wondered what god looked like,even if they was a god. when i was in grade school some religion teachers said that god was just a spirit,an when we were all young god was really tall,with everything and had powers to change the world, well no duh it is god. Nothing has made me think harder into my faith then this class and that is why i am going to give such an answer it may shock people. I personally envision God as a voice,to me he or she could never be human or a material item. To me God is just that voice,not that one that says dont do that or do that,but the voice that really hits your heart when you know you have done something wrong. To some people god is nothing and to others, they couldnt live without him. some people will devote their lives to something that may not even exsist, and other could give a crap but to me god is there and i will hollar at him when i need to but for now hes just kind of watching over my life. i would go on but i would be straying off topic ha ill save that for second period!!!! the one and only PROPHET PAT
